Overview:  Renovation of restrooms, showers, locker room.

Key Features: Existing bath house was completely gutted, enlarged, and all new interior fixtures and finishes installed. As is usually the case with renovations, unknown conditions were exposed once the demo was done and field changes were required to keep the project on track for a Memorial Day weekend opening.
