• Cherry Cricket, Ballpark neighborhood, Denver, CO - Restaurant remodel, including creation of two distinct dining/lounge areas, new fireplace, bar area remodel, complete gutting and renovation of kitchen, and more.
• HabitCarbon, LoDo District, Denver, CO - Restaurant remodel - Early 1900s-era building, former Paris on the Platte, totally renovated into Habit Doughnut Dispensary & Carbon Cafe and Bar.

• Starbucks, Denver, CO - Tenant finish for 3 Starbucks locations: 4205 W. Colfax  and 1700 Broadway (second location in the same building, replaced a smaller one we did years before).
• Family Dollar, Denver, CO - Ground-up construction of three Family Dollar stores.

 

Private

• Boys and Girls Clubs, Denver and Brighton, CO - Reconfiguration of each club to create a foyer for a more secure entrance to the building.
• Breckenridge- Wynkoop LLC, Denver - Several projects for Breckenridge and Wynkoop Breweries, including the new corporate headquarters of the recently merged firm  in the Cherry Creek Shopping District.
• Crimson Circle, Louisville, CO - Tenant finish of a vacant space for studio used to produce recordings and web casts. Two years after the first project we assisted the client with an expansion into an adjacent unit to create an event/reception center.

 

Education / Institutional

• Colorado School of Mines, Golden, CO -  Multiple projects including renovation of the Steinhauer Fieldhouse; ground up construction of the Colorado Geological Society storage building; conversion of storage area to new Berthoud Hall IT Network Spine Room.
• Douglas County School District, Castle Rock, CO - Ponderosa High Theater ADA upgrades and renovations; installation of a new “Lacrosse Wall” at Chaparral High sports field.
• Jefferson County Schools: Columbine Food Lab remodel and Dutch Creek Elementary Kitchen flooring replacement.
• Rose Medical Center, Denver - Doctor office tenant finish.
• University of Colorado, Denver - Multiple projects, including Chancellor’s Office remodel and remodel of existing office space into the new CU City Center on 14th Street.

 

Municipal

• City of Aurora, CO - Renovation of restrooms at Aurora Reservoir.
• City of Lakewood, CO - Charles E. Whitlock Recreation Center, renovation of restroom/locker room areas.
• City of Thornton, CO - Multiple projects, including renovations/remodels to police department, city hall, water treatment, recreation center and building maintenance facilities; upgrades to Carpenter Park picnic and playground facilities; Veteran’s Memorial additions.

 

Historic Preservation

• Gilpin Library, Black Hawk, CO -  Structure repair and retrofit, new finishes, and new mechanical and electrical systems. The library stayed operational under rehabilitation.
• Harmsen Cabin, Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Golden, CO. Structural modifications and interior renovation to historic cabin used by Colorado Parks & Wildlife as a guest house rental.
