Crimson Circle

Customer Needs: In 2014, the customer hired SCS.inc for tenant finish of a vacant space into a studio used to produce recordings and webcasts. In 2016, they wanted to expand the space into an adjacent unit to create an event/reception center, including new restrooms and a coffee bar area.

Key Features: The Crimson Circle Center features a state-of-the-art recording and broadcast studio that comfortably seats an audience of 60 people. The adjacent cafe cafe area, called the Masters Club, provides comfortable open seating and a food service area. On this project, we worked with the client by providing the MEP (Mechanical, Engineering and Plant) and structural work, while allowing them to perform some of the finish work themselves, such as cabinetry and painting.
