Customer Needs: Complete renovation of a nearly 120-year-old building, the former Paris on the Platte, into Habit Doughnut Dispensary & Carbon Café and Bar.

Key Features: Numerous challenges due to the building’s age, such as installing tongue-in-groove hardwood flooring in a dining area with 3 inches of elevation difference. Quality touches were employed throughout the job, such as use of a special, long-lasting German oil finish for the floor. We also suggested an alternative bar hood design that we knew would achieve health department approval, thus avoiding issues that could have been encountered down the road.
