Key Features: In a new strip mall, this was the first tenant unit to be built out. With this being a new buildout, very few surprises were encountered. As GC, we coordinated with Starbucks to install the owner-provided flooring, tile and wallcovering, and coordinated with the signage and fixture installers that contracted Starbucks had contracted directly. All mechanical, plumbing and electric were our responsibility, as the building was core/shell only.
